I would add my concern about whether Rosen and Weissman will ever come to trial now that we have Mukasey sworn in as the Attorney General.

And one wonders how Mukasey will respond next year when AIPAC again makes its annual request for commuting the life sentence imposed on Jonathan Pollard.
