The Heavy Hand of the State

Hey everybody, check out this awesome interview of James Bovard by Judge Andrew Napolitano about the lawless, and near-lawless, abuse of American persons by the FBI – specifically those arrested and charged last week for merely lying to feds while the subjects of loudly trumpeted terrorism accusations across the TV.

And check out Judge Napolitano’s Web show at Fox News’s Website, where he continues to prove, now every day, that the Bill of Rights is no partisan issue.

  1. As we have seen with Bush befor ,when the the President rating drops, and the war is not going well nothing will divert the people attentions than a new so-called terrorist plot being uncovered in time!So let’s forget about the debate about so called health reforms debate for a while, and the mess in Afghnistan.

  2. Mr. Bovard gets his wisdom from his beard! That's why it is so big!

A good beard goes a long way, just compare Mr. Bovard's spectacular specimen to Mr. Bernanke. Bernanke's beard imparts no wisdom, only lies, making him as dumb as a bag of hammers!
