Quarterly Fund Drive

– or else!

Or else – what?

Well, for starters, we'll be laying off some staff. Considering the small size of our staff, this will decimate us. It means less updates, less original reporting, less of everything – a handful of people can only do so much, even if they neglect trivialities like sleeping and eating.

We are in big trouble. If we don't make our goal of $70,000 – a relatively modest objective, as these things go – you'll start seeing the effects of cutbacks immediately.

Donations are beginning to pick up – but not fast enough. We have expenses to pay, and our creditors are banging down the door.

As of this morning, we're about $10,000 short – and that is a mighty big chunk out of our quarterly budget. We can't exist with that kind of shortfall – and, frankly, we deserve a lot better. For over a decade, Antiwar.com has been bringing you the best, most comprehensive, and timeliest coverage of world affairs from a noninterventionist perspective, and we think we've earned your support.

With George W. Bush about to attack Iran – and our Iraqi adventure showing every sign of turning into a regional catastrophe – this is definitely not the time to make cutbacks at Antiwar.com.

So, please – there's only one way to make sure this resource is going to continue to be available to you, and that's by making your tax-deductible donation now.*

Sorry for the interruption.

*If you contribute $200 or more, you will get an autographed copy of Justin Raimondo's just-reissued Reclaiming the American Right: The Lost Legacy of the Conservative Movement, the story of how the neocons took over the conservative movement and buried the true history of the anti-interventionist Right. It exposes the radical origins of neoconservatism while harking back to an older tradition of opposition to foreign wars. And if you contribute $500 or more, you will get a personally-inscribed copy of the book (your choice of message).
