Rice University will feature a symposium entitled, "Iraq: Toward a Responsible and Moral Policy," with Congressman Ron Paul, Denis Halliday (former UN Humanitarian coordinator in Iraq) and Phyllis Bennis, Institute for Policy Studies Fellow and author.
