Elliott Abrams To State Dept? You Can’t Be Serious, says Ron Paul

Hardline neocon Elliott Abrams is rumored to be under consideration for Deputy Secretary of State in the Trump Administration. He is meeting President Trump today. Abrams has never seen a war, intervention, or regime change that he hasn’t enthusiastically endorsed. Each of the policies he has endorsed has ended up in disaster. Libya? Afghanistan? Iraq? Syria? Ukraine? How could anyone so wrong be so right for a senior position? More in today’s Ron Paul Liberty Report:

  1. Mr Paul, please convey our contempt to your friends in Congress for this Socially Retarded Animated Sphincter and his Master Instructor Kissinger. Make it really damned LOUD. They really did drain the swamp. Right into the White House.

  2. Ron says: ” Abrams has never seen a war, intervention, or regime change that he hasn’t enthusiastically endorsed.”

The same can be said about your own son Ron. Or at least, I’m going to submit that to be true. But in fairness, there are very few American congressment who differ.

That is, not necessarily initially when the war or intervention is proposed but certainly in the final decision.

With one further qualification: That the war or intervention is of the congressman’s own political party.

An example worth pointing out would be Clinton’s Kosovo war in which the R’s flipflopped 180 and didn’t subscribe. Dems were solid. Young Rand will be good to go on the Iran war, you betcha!
