The European Union is furious over President Trump’s “capricious aggressiveness” in foreign policy, particularly after his withdrawal from the Iran nuclear agreement. While Washington Beltway “deep state” denizens moan over losing influence in Europe, there is a silver lining in Trump’s bombastic foreign policy: if Europe gets a divorce from the US there will be much less opportunities for US meddling.   1. It looks and sounds good but will it really hold and have teeth? Doe’s Europe have a strong stiff spine enough to stand up to America thats the big question. If so hopefully this will finally put the EU on the road to real independence of their own regardless of what the U.S. thinks and they will stop cowering to the dictates of American hegemony.
