Despite months of stonewalling, obstruction of the investigation<\/a>, denials and lies by the US military in Iraq, it appears that at least the 3 soldiers responsible<\/a> for the murder <\/a>of Zaydun Ma’mun Fadhil Hassun Al-Samarrai, who was forced to jump from a bridge into the freezing waters of the Tigris river last January. This is a victory of sorts for his family, who refused to give up their quest for justice for their son,<\/a> and also for the blogosphere – in particular zeyad of Healing Iraq<\/a>, who helped to get the word out about the death of his relative and called on bloggers everywhere to keep the story alive<\/a>.
