Barry Johnson, a senior spokesman who will remain in Iraq\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/world\/national-security\/all-us-troops-to-leave-iraq\/2011\/10\/21\/gIQAUyJi3L_story.html\" target=\"_blank\">until\u00a0the troops have departed by the end of the year<\/a>, explained that \u201creposture efforts\u201d is the phrase the military has determined most appropriate to describe what news outlets are calling a \u201cwithdrawal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reposture is how we refer to moving our troops to other locations outside the country,\u201d he said. \u201cThe decision was made last year to talk about this as reposturing.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Of course, he&#8217;s right.
