Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald (yes, <a href=http:\/\/www.chicagotribune.com\/news\/nationworld\/chi-051028fitzprofile,0,2145759.story?coll=chi-newsbreaking-hed>that Patrick Fitzgerald<\/a>, acting in his normal capacity as US Attorney) will seek the extradition of Black and his accomplices from Canada if they do not surrender themselves voluntarily. <\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: I wonder if a conviction will impede <a href=http:\/\/www.editorandpublisher.com\/eandp\/departments\/business\/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1001524079>this libel suit<\/a>.
