As Sam mentioned, we send this guy&#8211;who renamed the days of the week and months of the year after himself and his relatives&#8211; millions for <a href=http:\/\/www.usaid.gov\/locations\/europe_eurasia\/pdfs\/turprofile.pdf>democracy<\/a> and <a href=http:\/\/216.239.41.104\/search?q=cache:vuVAHHT62JoJ:www.eurasia.org.ru\/archive\/2001\/trib_en\/12_07_viewpointsen.htm+turkmenistan+%22foreign+aid%22+terrorism+%22united+states%22&#038;hl=en&#038;ie=UTF-8>the war on terror<\/a>.
