Moniz and former Senator Sam Nunn have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foreignaffairs.com\/articles\/russian-federation\/2019-08-06\/return-doomsday\">a new article<\/a> in <em>Foreign Affairs<\/em> about the nuclear weapons crisis between the United States and Russia.<\/p>\n<p>We can&#8217;t run it as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.antiwar.com\/viewpoints.php\">viewpoint<\/a> since the authors accept false conventional narratives about the wars in Georgia and Ukraine, the Russiagate hoax and some other things in the article.
