{"id":362,"date":"2003-12-19T17:06:14","date_gmt":"2003-12-20T00:06:14","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2003-12-19T17:06:14","modified_gmt":"2003-12-20T00:06:14","slug":"john-sugg-on-neal-boortz-at-the-lp-convention","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.antiwar.com\/blog\/2003\/12\/19\/john-sugg-on-neal-boortz-at-the-lp-convention\/","title":{"rendered":"John Sugg on Neal Boortz at the LP Convention"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>John Sugg, columnist for Atlanta&#8217;s <I>Creative Loafing<\/I> magazine, has <a href=\"http:\/\/atlanta.creativeloafing.com\/2003-12-18\/fishwrapper.html\">a great column today attacking the idea of Neal Boortz speaking at the Libertarian Party National Convention.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sugg has strong libertarian tendencies and a thorough understanding of libertarian principles (clearly, a much better understanding of those principles than Neal Boortz has).<\/p>\n<p>This article needs to be read by all Libertarian Party leaders before the convention schedule is finalized.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest issue of the Libertarian Party News, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lp.org\/lpnews\/0312\/con2004_dec.html\">convention organizer Nancy Neal (wife of LP National Chair Geoffrey Neal) states that<\/a> she &#8220;doesn&#8217;t need any more emails &#8216;informing&#8217; me [Boortz] is a &#8216;warmonger.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I disagree.
