But how far is Rudy willing to take it &#8212; as far as Pipes? The reason I ask: Pipes is on\u00c2\u00a0the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jerusalemsummit.org\/eng\/presidium.php\">presidium<\/a>&#8220;\u00c2\u00a0of something called &#8220;the Jerusalem Summit,&#8221; which has a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.antiwar.com\/blog\/a%20generous%20relocation%20and%20resettlement%20package%20to%20allow%20them%20to%20build%20a%20new%20life%20for%20themselves%20and%20their%20families%20in%20countries%20preferably,%20but%20not%20necessarily%20exclusively,%20with%20similar%20religious%20and%20socio-cultural%20conditions.\">solution<\/a>&#8221; to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict: &#8220;A generous relocation and resettlement package to allow them to build a new life for themselves and their families in countries preferably, but not necessarily exclusively, with similar religious and socio-cultural conditions.&#8221; In short: the wholesale deportation of the Palestinians.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s fair to ask:\u00c2\u00a0Is this Giuliani&#8217;s Middle East &#8220;peace plan&#8221;?
