I mean, sure, some of the other candidates want to be the <em>F\u00c3\u00bchrer<\/em>, but Huckabee seems as if he&#8217;s really running for secretary of health and human services in the Fourth Reich. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.campaignsandelections.com\/webedition\/page.cfm?pageid=1485&#038;navid=51\">To wit<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153National security isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t going to mean much if we have a generation of kids so physically incapacitated [by obesity] they can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t go to war.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Never mind that he unthinkingly equates &#8220;national security&#8221; with going to war; I&#8217;m more concerned that he&#8217;s committing a grave political blunder. Huck should forget the Atkins Diet vs. al-Qaeda angle and offer all those young <a href=\"http:\/\/bp2.blogger.com\/_KgBT8kIRgBo\/R3QV5tOmUHI\/AAAAAAAABkA\/qwmtf9aA4Kc\/s1600-h\/Tarantoad.jpg\">James Tarantos<\/a> out there what they really want: perpetual war for perpetual pizza.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I certainly wouldn&#8217;t call him the worst candidate, but does anyone else in American politics today so perfectly embody the welfare-warfare ethos as Mike Huckabee?
