Who knew mass death was such a growth industry? And by \u201cdeath\u201d I mean not only of humans but of any organism in a war zone.<\/p>\n

We humans are a self-absorbed lot. We blast the earth and obliterate life without a thought to the ravages we commit against nature. Indeed, we pass and sign bills for $95 billion for more weapons and war and we dare call it \u201cpeace\u201d!<\/p>\n

Yes, President Biden thinks \u201cpeace\u201d is advanced through weapons and war. It\u2019s a sentiment that recalls Tacitus and his condemnation of the Roman Empire: \u201cThey create a desert and call it \u2018peace.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking of spending on wars and weapons<\/a>, nobody does it better than the USA.<\/p>\n

So, even though the USA spends triple what China does and eight times what Russia does, we\u2019re the nation allegedly most committed to advancing peace. Call it a logic bomb, and we\u2019re the best at producing them.<\/p>\n

Finally, here\u2019s a quick summary about what real high explosive bombs are doing in Gaza:<\/p>\n

No worries: the president says it\u2019s a \u201cgood day\u201d for world peace. In Gaza, call it the peace of the grave, as so many innocent Palestinians are buried in mass graves or under rubble.<\/p>\n
