A bit premature, I&#8217;d say, and maybe fundamentally misguided. As <a href=http:\/\/www.antiwar.com\/blog\/comments.php?id=P450_0_1_0_C>mentioned on this page<\/a> long before <a href=http:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/cms.dll\/html\/uncomp\/articleshow\/554692.cms>3\/11<\/a>, Morocco, home to <a href=http:\/\/www.theage.com.au\/articles\/2004\/03\/17\/1079199252410.html>most of the suspects<\/a> in the Madrid bombings, is a democratizing country. It may <a href=http:\/\/www.worldaudit.org\/countries\/mo.htm>rank low on lists compiled by Euro busybodies<\/a>, but it&#8217;s a helluva lot further along than <a href=http:\/\/www.theage.com.au\/articles\/2004\/03\/15\/1079199158594.html>Iraq<\/a> is.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, a handful of guys committing a terrorist act does not automatically damn their country of origin or its political system.
