Really, so what? What if it had been a million tons of mustard gas? I&#8217;m gonna keep telling you this till you beg me to stop:<\/p>\n<p>1. Chemical weapons are <a href=http:\/\/216.239.53.104\/search?q=cache:YZ-l231PzDcJ:www.canoe.com\/Columnists\/margolis_feb15.html+margolis+%22mustard+gas%22&#038;hl=en&#038;ie=UTF-8>archaic, largely ineffective battlefield tools<\/a> that have no business hanging under the same mendacious rubric as nuclear weapons.<\/p>\n<p>2. Possession of deadly agents is one thing; possession of delivery devices is quite another.<\/p>\n<p>3. If the <a href=http:\/\/216.239.53.104\/search?q=cache:YZ-l231PzDcJ:www.canoe.com\/Columnists\/margolis_feb15.html+margolis+%22mustard+gas%22&#038;hl=en&#038;ie=UTF-8>possession<\/a> of so-called WMD legitimates preemptive violence, then <a href=http:\/\/www.commondreams.org\/views02\/1103-01.htm>we&#8217;re in trouble<\/a>.
