The Wall Street Journal<\/a><\/em>: The WSJ<\/em>\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Jay Solomon writes on North Korea\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s reported upgrades to its nuclear-fuel production capabilities and the increasing fears among lawmakers that Pyongyang may provide Iran with assistance in its nuclear program. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153One has to assume that Iran either has the P-2 centrifuge from North Korea, or could get it very easily,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d said Simon Henderson, a proliferation expert at the hawkish Washington Institute for Near East Policy (WINEP)<\/a>.
