The op-ed asserts, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Iran made no effort to negotiate,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d but the lack of progress might make it easier for the administration to find support for more sanctions. Instead of following this approach, the editorial board suggests that the administration shift its focus from \u00e2\u20ac\u0153seeking to bargain with the regime\u00e2\u20ac\u009d to emphasizing support for the Green movement. Supporting the Green movement \u00e2\u20ac\u0153could also send an important message to Iranians: that the international coalition seeks not to punish them but to weaken the government they despise,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d they conclude.<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB10001424052748703555804576102013495830104.html\">The Wall Street Journal<\/a><\/em>: <em>The Journal<\/em>\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s editorial board responds to the terrorist attack at Moscow\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Domodedovo airport, suggesting that perhaps the latest attack in Russia will make the threat of terrorism be taken more seriously. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Mr. Putin tends to view the West as his rival and prefers a softer line toward the world\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s main sponsor of terrorism, Iran,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d says <em>The Journal<\/em>. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153But the Domodedovo attacks are a reminder of the global nature of this threat, and of Russia\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s own stake in defeating terror at home and abroad.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/corner\/257861\/iran-talks-and-repetitive-motion-disorder-benjamin-weinthal\">National Review Online<\/a><\/em>: The <a href=\"http:\/\/rightweb.irc-online.org\/profile\/Foundation_for_Defense_of_Democracies\">Foundation for Defense of Democracies<\/a>\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Benjamin Weinthal writes on <em>National Review<\/em>\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s The Corner blog that negotiations with Iran have become a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153repetitive motion disorder\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153compulsive rituals.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Weinthal urges the P5+1 not to schedule another negotiating session since the West\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s willingness to negotiate has \u00e2\u20ac\u0153has permitted the tyrants in Tehran to secure much-needed time to develop its nuclear technology and missile program.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d  \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The only cure at this stage is not more negotiations, but sanctions, more sanctions, and even more sanctions,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d he argues.
