Every Iraqi Was Murdered

In the excellent article by Ann Wright, “When Refusing to Kill Has a Higher Sentence Than Murder,” mention was made of the light sentences that were given out to U.S. soldiers for murdering Iraqi civilians. Many who support the war are also outraged about this. Yet, we should never forget that since the invasion and occupation of Iraq was itself aggressive, unnecessary, and immoral–every Iraqi killed by U.S. troops could be said to be murdered. There is no such thing as state-sanctified murder.

Well said. The war in Iraq is unjust, evil and immoral. Nothing can ever change or alter that basic fact. The U.S. is the aggressor in an entirerly avoidable war largely fought simply because of the degenerate ideological pathologies of the neo-conservative Bush administration. A moral stain on America.

Oh and one more point. If you read the article that I mentioned you might have noticed this.

“The army is not contending that the killing was premeditated. Its definition of murder includes the wanton and indiscriminate use of force that results in death, Major Walker said”.

Under this definition we should be charging both Daddy and Baby Bush for Murder.

The penalty for misleading the people and soldiers into committing murder should be much more severe. The Bible states that false ministers (John Hagee pay attention here) will be subject to horrible punishments upon themselves and their families, more severe than their deceived followers. GW is a Christian so he shouldn’t have a problem with that, huh ?

Yep, pretty much. GW, false Christian. Rev. Hagee nut job with a fan club, including Mc’Insane.

Peace!

Unfortunately, I fear that GWB is not a false Xtn, but the real deal. Haggee is only an extreme example of a common point of view. Read Hal Lindsey’s many books, distasteful as you may find them.

Frankly, I also fear that the alternative, the Reconstructionists are even worse than the end-times nuts. Wanna live in Puritan Massachusetts?

And don’t let Bill Klinton off the hook, either!

Yes, and the “unified executive” was created to
protect those responsible.
Fascism has always been the tool of choice
wielded by the guilty.

My favorite evangelist (I write ironically), Brother R. G. Stair (www.overcomerministry.org) says that everyone killed in Iraq/Afghanistan is a human sacrifice to Satan.

When I think of a true Christian I think of someone who actually believes in the teachings of Jesus. Putting your faith in the hands of any man or woman whether they have the title of Rev. Pastor, Father etc. or the buildings and idols they hold sacred is dangerous. Critical thinking is needed when following any philosophy. Unfortunately that seems to be in short supply.

Check out Greg Albrecht at PTM Ministries and his book Revelation Revolution. He is one minister who is probably not on the VIP list at most mainstream Christian churches. He tells it like it is but he tells the truth.

Corkey thanks for the link. I checked it out and I like what I see. I’ll be looking into it more. However, the core idea is great. I think he’s got it right, religion is what’s wrong with Christianity. Christianity without the religion, good stuff.

Peace!

Speaking of idols…
The most obscene idol in America is the FED.
It is the enabler of the Iraq war and every
other crime our fedgov has committed for the
last 3 quarters of a century.
The human sacrifice mentioned above was made
perhaps indirectly to Satan, but directly
to the FED.
It’s time to light our torches and burn
down the Federal Reserve.

You are absolutely correct. There is an unholy alliance between the Lords of War and the Lords of Finance. Greenspan and Bernanke are just as responsible as Bush and his criminal gang of warmongering Neocons for the murder of one million plus innocent Iraqi men, women, and children. If there is a hell they sure deserve to burn in it.
