I am sick of this loudmouth know-it-all Justin Raimondo and his
holier-than-thou acts. He has for a long time attacked American
conservatives and Zionism and now he is attacking Hindutva. Read

This idiot has collected lies from Islamic websites and
unprofessionally pasted them on to this article without checking
their legitimacy. I'm going to email this article to the RSS and let
them take care of this ******** legally. Maybe after he gets sued he
might see some sense.

there are three, clear lies in this article:

# 1: “The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh
(RSS), the ideological center of Hindutva, has a provision in its
constitution that its leader must be a blue-eyed Sarasvat
Brahmin.”
LIE # 2: “I hesitate to use the term
‘neo-Nazi’ to describe a contemporary political movement, as it has
become almost a ritualistic term of abuse. However, in this case,
the label fits precisely: to begin with, the Hindutva theory of
‘Aryan’ racial superiority is nearly identical to that
of the German Nazis. Hitler’s followers borrowed not only the
swastika but also adopted other mythic aspects of Hindu mysticism,
such as the alleged Arctic origins of the "Aryan" race propagated by
B. G. Tilak and others.”
LIE
# 3: “One Western diplomat worried
aloud that ‘these people have never heard of Hiroshima and
Nagasaki,’ but, then again, perhaps Westerners have trouble
understanding the concept of reincarnation, which figures
prominently in the religions of Asia, and especially in the Hindu
tradition. You may be incinerated by a nuclear bomb in this life,
but don't worry – you'll come back. Perhaps as a citizen of a more
civilized country, where the idea of mass death is unthinkable. It's
the next best thing to a green
card.”
Lies 2 and 3 can be
disputed. However, the first lie is a clear case of slander and can
be used as grounds for legal action. I wouldn’t want to be in Justin
Raimondo’s shoes when the court notice is delivered! This fool
should’ve checked up on his sources before opening his mouth.

Bishma, does the RSS have a branch in the United States that can be
a plaintiff in a court case such as this? I would love to see his
@#%$ sued but I would hope there would be a place where to sue him
and his antiwar.com fools.
If you succeed in getting his
little hiney sued, I will be proud to have helped out my Hindu
brethren in such a way.

Let it go
people
If you sue him all you're going to do is give his article more
attention than it would have recieved otherwise and make yourselves
look like the extremist he's accusing you of being. Personally I've
never heard of the guy and I doubt his story was viewed by many
people.
Besides in america unless it involves an individual
don't you have to prove monetary damages in order to get paid on a
slander lawsuit? If not then why is it that the republicans and
democrats don't sue each other since they lie about each other all
the time?
And finally I don't like it when people on the left
use this type of tactic and I think coservatives should be above
this type of thing especially when some of the allegations are
rediculous and can be easily refuted without lawsuits.

Ally, have you ever heard of Itamar Ben-Gavir? He is one of the
most extremist Kachniks around. When Rabin was Prime Minister he
would call his office pretending to be a reporter, get Rabin's plans
for the day, and everywhere that Rabin went there would be 50+
people yelling "Rabin is a murderer, Rabin is a Nazi, Rabin is a
traitor." In the famous 1995 demonstration in Kikar Zion he led
about 100 people to the Prime Minister's official residence, and
after overwhelming police they tried to climb over the fence
surrounding the house. Before the vote on Oslo II he led a gang that
attacked Ben-Eliezer's car when he was in it, on his way to vote in
the Knesset. Ben-Gavir broke the Mercedes symbol off his car. Later
he sent it to him in the mail with a note, "we did this to your car,
we can do this to you too."
Anyway, two years ago Ran Hacohen
was going to lecture in Tel Aviv about why Israel should give the
Golan back to Syria. There was a right-wing demonstration outside
the lecture hall, and when Hacohen showed up Itamar yelled
"traitor!" and ran up to him, punched him in the face and kicked him
a few times when Hacohen was on the ground before he was arrested.
