Everybody’s a Terrorist

Former CIA officer and contributor Philip Giraldi discusses the new Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act and the danger to innocent people posed by “Commissions” like the one to be created by the act, the fluid definition of “terrorist,” in the eyes of the State, super-majority complicity in the House of Representatives, the inevitable role of the neocon crazies, why it is a bad idea for Americans to tolerate violations of rights by politicians on “their” side, the reality of al Qaeda and the smartest way to fight them, the “Sunni Awakening” in Iraq, the “farce” in Annapolis, the presidential candidates, his conservative view of Iran and the likelihood of war.

  1. Approving supresivas laws without seeing consequences, in the long term, in a society, that boasts of example of democracy and freedom, is to attempt, against a life way, to attempt against one vision of freedom, thinking that there are terrorists in all sides, comes of one or ominous, ill minds by the ambition of power. If that law had promoted it, Chinese, Iran,Saudi Arabia, Cuba or Venezuela,Spain or England the first critics and the discordant ones are the North American governors, not the citizen, that knows and knows its way and style life and which this so entertained, that account does not occur of, that happens in Capitol, which seems a secret society in its votings.

The North American society to neglecting its control and monitoreo of those who represent them and happen through good everything what it is happened to him to make the governors in the Capitol, demonstrating that the individualism which they are put under, obtains its effect, in apathy towards the citizen subjects, the time showed to him and it passed the invoice to him, before its forgetfulness and not interesting, of the defense of the true freedom.

The ignorance of world-wide history, makes them think that they (the citizens) do not they are vulnerables to the errors of the governors.

But the probable thing is that this letter and this means with the new law are considered acts against the state, by single reasoning objective and impartial.

  2. The remedy for the fascist nightmare of HR 1955 is IMPEACHMENT!
We must get rid of the criminals in the White House whose malign influence encourages such Constitution-destroying legislation.

    Impeach Cheney NOW

Defense of the Constitution Knows No Party

The Bush administration has illegally seized and imprisoned Americans without benefit of their trial by jury, has spied on Americans without warrant in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, has lied America into a disastrous war, and has betrayed an American intelligence officer, who was working on weapons of mass destruction networks, to our enemies (Valerie Plame.)

Impeachment hearings against Vice President Dick Cheney are now a distinct possibility, thanks to a recent outpouring of public support for impeachment by Americans across the political spectrum. Your calls and faxes to House Judiciary Committee members are needed to keep up the pressure.

Leave a message for your Congressman, to demand he obey his oath to “defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Act now to restore your rights and the rule of law bequeathed to us by our Founding Fathers, which brave men have died defending throughout our history.

    Call the House Judiciary Committee

and demand that Impeachment hearings begin ASAP!

*What Happened to Make This All Possible?

On November 6, 2007, Rep. Dennis Kucinich brought H.Res.333, for the impeachment of Cheney, to the House Floor for debate. It was broadcast on CSPAN. A sudden outpouring of public support for impeachment forced lawmakers to keep the resolution alive. Democrats, most of whom currently resist demands for impeachment, were unwilling to kill the bill with the public watching. Republicans and some Democrats, mindful of impeachment sentiment, voted to debate the bill, but failed. At the end of the day, Americans of both parties had made it clear whose “table” this is, and that they want to see impeachment on it.

  3. y’know.. calling 9/11 truthers “kooks” is in fact kookie itself – somebody out there intends to kill Americans.. if it’s possible that it was an inside job, it would be foolish to not investigate that… very foolish.

  4. Properly speaking, everyone in Congress (except Kucinich and Paul) is a war criminal. Guilty of if not committing war crimes then aiding and abetting. They all need to be impeached.

  5. But you won’t be able to impeach all of them.Impeaching Chief neo-con crazy Cheney would be a monumental, almost Homeric accomplishment..Just as it would have improved the Presidential debates in 2000 if Reform Party candidate Patrick J. Buchanan and Green Party candidate Ralph Nader had been invited…A 100% improvement..Just the addition of those TWO candidates would have changed EVERYTHING..
Democracy isn’t all or nothing, it’s compromise..Not that we have a democracy..we have the rule of a corrupt oligarchy which can only be replaced by another elite..God willing, one that is truly Christian someday..Don’t despair, pray for your country.

    1. And to think that only member of the House voted for allowing a third party candidate in the presidential debates, and wait, wait… of course, you know who that was, RON PAUL. Every last other one of them refused to allow U.S./us to consider the views of anyone other than the two sides of the same coin, R & D. And yes, you are so right, Bill, the two additions were needed for our success.
