Essays Against Intervention

The Committee Against U.S. Intervention in the Balkans is dedicated to a broad-based, non-sectarian policy of participation. We accept all those who oppose the internationalist policies of U.S. military intervention abroad in the Balkans and elsewhere. We welcome those who oppose war for religious, political, or personal reasons. We accept people from all regions of the political spectrum who oppose U.S. military intervention in the Balkans. Most Americans oppose sending U.S. troops to Bosnia, and only a broad appeal can achieve a withdrawal of these forces. We must not limit the antiwar movement to a small, sectarian political force. We are presenting here a wide range of articles by a variety of people across the political spectrum.
