I did a quick check over the last couple days and since the Democrats and Republicans are both still full of crap, I haven’t changed my tone.
Can't that poor misguided child from Arizona simply be sent to Afghan to redeem himself under the guidance of the military? He's got all the experience required, and the haircut.

I’ve become far more reverent whenever even whispering the names and honorific titles of our rulers. They deserve our abject obedience, credulity, and worship — kind of like those child-molester priests.
Back to that "changed your tone" notion, seems that Jared Lee Loughner is Jewish. Seems that Jared Lee Loughner belonged to the same synagogue as Congresswoman Giffords. So and how a come that little tidbit got left out of the "dialog" a raging? Would that, could that, be construed to be 'Jew on Jew violence'? Does it matter? I don't know. It just seems curious that part of the story was NOT reported. Wheels within wheels wrapped tightly inside a conundrum that's wound ever so cautiously inside an enigma.
There's more to this story besides "incendiary rhetoric" and screw-loose punks playing assassin's games.

As a country, abroad we invaded two other countries illegally, killing them with impunity; we are threatening another with possible nuclear destruction; we station our troops everywhere, ignoring everyone else's sovereignty; and we are flooding the World with debts we have no intention of paying. At home, we honor the plutocrats while crushing the working class; we are becoming a police state and we don't give a damn about our environment. And over this mess we want a veil of civility.
