Punishing Women With a Draft Doesn’t Achieve ‘Equal Rights’

War is government at its very worst, not only in terms of destruction, but in the powers that it arbitrarily assumes as it capitalizes on widespread fear. Military conscription presumes that the government owns your body and may direct it as it pleases. Both men and women should be vehemently against the idea of a military draft. Ron Paul discusses on today’s Liberty Report.

  1. With equal rights come equal responsibility. If women are “punished” by a draft, then so are men.Equality means males and females are treated the same across the board.
