    “Defend the Guard” would prohibit a state’s National Guard units from being deployed into active combat without an official declaration of war by the U.S. Congress. The bill failed to pass, 26 yeas to 71 nays.

  2. muslims have been used to hurt harm and destroy Soviet. Corrupt dynastic Arab and Pakistani elite offered the body minds and resources. I hope they have learned something from it.

    Actually the memories ,if were strong,the Saudis and Pakistanis should have reminded themselves how Islam was used by Britain repeatedly to expand its empire and uproot the sense of the nationalism.
