The Warsaw Pact has been dissolved years ago. Not only is NATO still around, its membership has expanded to include most former Warsaw Pact members. The Cold War died out when George HW Bush was POTUS but he increased military spending. NATO should go the way of the Warsaw Pact and Berlin Wall.
