Ron Paul asks: What’s To Blame for the Mess in Ukraine?

Is the Russian incursion into Ukraine a desperate “land grab” by an unhinged Russian president? Is it as simple as that? That is what the mainstream media across the political spectrum is pumping out. And, as with all propaganda wars, anyone outside the lines is demonized. But what if there is something beyond the bumper sticker talking points?

  1. US Neocons & Leftwing Russophobes want history to begin with this invasion. Aggressive Western Hegemony set this conflict in motion.

    1. Yeah but 80 years after WWII it is indisputable that Nazis armed by the U.S. are shooting at Russians.

  2. Unfortunately the history of this thing will be ignored and eventually forgotten. Russia will be blamed for everything in the West. However, as Andrei Martyanov says, Russia doesn’t care what the West thinks anymore. It only cares what countries in its influence and who it does business with -and China – thinks. Everything else is irrelevant.

    1. not this time…..not again…. the rest of the world is witnessing who is the real culprit…EU, NATO and mainly the USA
the western populace is roughly 800 million people (EU and North America) which is about 10 % of world population only….and Russia has learned the lessons…same as China

      1. Let’s hope so. But what I said is “in the West.” The rest of the world may well understand the real situation.
