Dan McKnight is the chairman of a group called Bring Our Troops Home that’s working to get state legislatures to pass laws refusing to send states’ national guard soldiers to fight abroad without a declaration of war from the United States Congress. McKnight describes the progress his group has made and where they’re drawing support from.
