  2. If Biden becomes president, and he has not been elected to anything yet, it is difficult to say what his foreign policy would be. In addition to predicting the foreign policy of an incoming president, which is always difficult, the fact remains that Biden has changed his position on just about every important issue. But Biden is not the president-elect yet, in spite of what the MSM would have you believe.
