The USA has hegemony in both military strength and economic strength. It is the world’s most powerful nation and the world’s largest economy. China will eventually catch up with the US and surpass it militarily and economically. If Russia does that, it will happen at a much later time.
I would also like to see Latin America become a military and economic superpower. Most Americans would not like that even if they would not miss having so many immigrants from there.
