  1. WOW There is a byline we don’t get to see very often. I makes me happy to see it but sad that the other half of the founding duo is no longer knocking out three a week of hard hitting sense and stunningly prescient prognostication week in, week out for years when he was our voice for peace too. I wonder what he would;d have to say about this Ukraine war if he were here today. In a way he is lucky to miss the torment this war brings to so many of us. It did not have to be. It was avoidable, but its creators made it existential & unavoidable

My answer to Your Question (is) How could we possibly know when nearly every report & commentator on the scene or off is all or partially in the bag for one side or the other that the fever pitch of propaganda from both sides demand They make what they say sound rational and forthright, but they are nearly all invariably cozzied up to one side or the other.. Getting a true story has become almost umpossible. So there is no way to know unless I am there to see with my own eyes the facts on the ground! And even when, there to see and hear, one must realize that the scope or action is overwhelming and unless you have the language down to a tee with an ear for slang and its countradictions. None of these are available to me even with the invaluable perspective this premeir site brings to those of us who take the moral view of this war. One thing I do know is that Russia could crush Ukraine like an elephant crushes a grape or is the word, flatten with its unstoppable hypersonic missiles and its gargantuan nukes of 200 megatons, 5000 times the blast of the bombs used to end the fight in WWII… of 40 kilatons. We should hope that Putin continues his cool demeanor of calculation, not retribution or desperation. 1000s of thanks to Eric!!!!!
