  1. I love Judge Andrew Napolitano’s take on anything. For instance, his take on sanctions and the taking of property from others when we are not at war, declared war, declared by congress. Violation of the 4th and 5th Amendments as to “persons”.

      1. $ and fame is why he was there.
Would any of us even know his name little alone watch his podcasts if we had not met him on FOX first?
Not everyone are idiots (like Juan, Geraldo or Hannity) on Fox; just a lot of them.

        1. I knew him before he was on FOX. A Libertarian co-worker was always talking him up. I don’t watch “news” on tv.

          1. I watch news on my 4K Sony (thanks COVID unemployment checks ;-) all the time (it’s Tucker then Greenwald almost every night) but then Netflix isn’t the only streamer that has “problems” with passwords sharing (selling to be exact) so why bother with a Rumble stream of Fox news?
The sellers at Z2U sell hacked log-ins for a dollar or two for Sling, Fubo and Direct TV and just like with Netflix passwords (my current one is a French account) it does not interfere with the accounts (I have all three ;-).
It’s really easy to tolerate stuff when it’s almost free.
            Then there’s Free Trial spamming….
I currently have free trials of Tidal, Pandora, Spotify, Acorn TV, Britbox, MGM+, Paramount+, and MLB that I keep going at all times. (Hulu gives one a month of Hulu with a week of HBO, STARZ, Cinemax to go with but I’ve got log-ins to STARZ that has worked for 2+ years now and Hulu’s movie selection is not the best) I might not watch/listen to them all that much (Tidal is a daily listen though; got to hear some Ana Popovic or Snotty Nose Res Kids ;-) but it’s free (almost; you do need a virtual credit card and the free one-time use Privacy ones are not as useful as a $2.50 Skrill one that can be used endlessly so I paid $2.50 for all of those but reuse the card on the resign-ups so $2.50 for months of free service of all those isn’t as bad as the $200+ the subscription fees would be) so why not keep them going for when I do watch?

  2. He interviewed Larry Johnson (deputy director of the U.S. State Department Office of Counterterrorism, 1989-1993) the other day who does not believe the kid had access to all the documents that were “leaked”:
But the fact of the matter is, that one document alone from the CIA Operations Center tells you immediately it’s impossible that anyone on a military base would have access to it. I’m saying that from speaking to CIA personnel I know that have clearances, that have access to high-side machines, they cannot get that, it’s an internal CIA document, it’s not circulated for the rest of the intelligence community to look at. The reason that’s prepared – I used to do it – is you’re reading all the intelligence that comes in overnight and you write up a summary of what some of the key issues are in a paragraph form, which is exactly what that document is, so when the analyst, say, for the Latin American desk comes in they’ll see immediately the high (priority?) items that came in overnight.

JN: Could a 21-year-old Air National Guardsman conceivably have had the lawful, appropriate security clearance physically to have had these documents?

    LJ: No, impossible.

JN: That means, by this theory, he had to have gotten them from somebody else.

LJ: Exactly. Just because you join the military doesn’t mean you get a Top Secret clearance. And the elements that were contained in some of these documents are beyond Secret and Top Secret, they get into what’s called Special Compartmented Information. You see designations such as TK and SI and G – those refer to special categories of classification. Which means you really have a higher access than just Top Secret. And I’d venture say that 98% of the military does not have access to that kind of material, it’s a very, very small number of the military who would have access to it.
