Be more helpful if he provided some actual names of people.
I presume he is choosing specifically to not provide any names. That way he can’t be torpedoed if one particular person is considered and then torpedoed for good or bad reasons.
It would though be nice to have other names in play from those we are hearing and Rand Paul would know some.

What also doesn’t get enough press is that the US has NO LEGAL RIGHT to attempt ‘Regime Change’ involving a sovereign nation, and that it’s none of our business – morally or legally – to involve ourselves in the intetnal affairs of other nations for ANY reason!
How do you best govern Arabs? Well, I’m certainly no expert but Saddam Hussein was and so was Mr. Khadaffi. I think president-elect Trump understands that.
