The US attack on Iraq, which happened 19 years ago this past weekend, resulted in a destroyed country and perhaps as many as one million killed directly and indirectly by the invasion. They did not “greet us as as liberators” – they cursed us as wreckers. And after 19 years, Iraq is now vying for the ignoble title of America’s longest war. All based on lies.
