A “prophetic” RAND Corporation report titled “Overextending and Unbalancing Russia” published in 2019 declares the stated goal of American policymakers is “to undermine Russia just as the US subversively destabilized the former Soviet Union during the Cold War,” and predicts to the letter the crisis unfolding in Ukraine. RAND Corporation is a quasi-US governmental think tank that receives three-quarters of its funding from the US military.

Why would Russia pull its troups out of the Eastern and Southern regions, when majority populatin there is Russian, and would never again want to put itself at the tender merciies of death squads like Sviboda, The Right Sector, Aziov Battalions, The Tornadoes.
Of course Russian trouos will stay there. They will keep Mariupol. Of course they will keep Kherson district adjacent to Crimea to never again allow water to be diverted iinto the sea.
I have no idea how would Russia end the operation while the commanders of death squads stay in power in
Kyev.
There is no need to occupy Kiev. It can be bypassed and cut off from the West Ukraine. Odessa can be invthe same position.
And while East and South star reconstruction and establish lical governnance — Odessa can stay self-governed withiut Kyev cintrol. Kyev can stay irrelevant to the rest of Ukraine. And will eventually have to come to terms, Russia did the demilitarization and de- nazification outside of Kiev up to Galicia border.
It will be the matter of time before government falls, and death squads comand goes to Lvov. De-Nazification of Ukraine minus Galicia de-Nazified.
And while all is sorted out, it will take time, all that is needed is for Poland to bring “peacekeepers” into Lvov,
and stay there indeffinitelly.
