  1. May 18, 2023 The U.S. Should Be a Force for Peace in the World

The Russia-Ukraine War has been an unmitigated disaster. Hundreds of thousands have been killed or wounded. Millions have been displaced. Environmental and economic destruction have been incalculable. Future devastation could be exponentially greater as nuclear powers creep ever closer toward open war.

  2. Really!!?? Russia wanted to join the Alliance 30 years ago and was turned down. Turned down!!! There may be some in Russia that believe the Soviet Union should have given the Germans oil and gas, then helped them secure Europe. All the Soviet Union did during WWII is give up 20+ million souls fighting the NAZIs. A thank you? Nope. General Patton and other generals were all in on attacking the Soviet Union while it was weak.
